Worldwide Circus Summit 2015 - Registration Form

“ONLINE registrations ends at 12:00 Noon EDT on Saturday July 11th.

You can register on site in the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Pavilion at the following times: Tuesday July 14 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Wednesday July 15 through Friday July 17 from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturday July 18 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.”

The Worldwide Circus Summit 2015 (WCS 2015) will include both Summit activities and individual organizational activities. For the current listing of the Summit activities, please check the Summit website. Please check with each participating organization for a schedule of organizational events and meetings.

You must register with WCS 2015 and obtain a Summit badge in order to be admitted to the following Summit activities and events:

  1. Opening Reception;
  2. Exhibition Hall;
  3. Hospitality Tent;
  4. Opening Speaker (Jonathan Lee Iverson – Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey);
  5. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow seminars (12 hours total);
  6. CFA and CHS auctions;
  7. Sideshow performance;
  8. AYCO Youth Circus Showcase and Reception;
  9. Big E circus museum;
  10. COAA carousel organ display; and
  11. Storrowton Village Green activities.

Parking on the Big E fairgrounds is also included. Summit registration fees do not include circus performances, banquets or lunches.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. FEEL FREE TO PRINT OUT THIS FORM AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO REGISTER AT THE DOOR.

Hotel Shuttle Bus Passes (Optional)
There will be scheduled shuttle bus service between the official Summit hotels and the Big E fairgrounds. The schedule will be posted on the Summit website. You must purchase a bus pass to ride the shuttle. Note that parking on the Big E fairgrounds is included in the Summit registration fee.
